Is it getting easier or harder to get finance? Over the last two years many of our fellow property investors have found it increasingly difficult to re-finance, top-up their mortgage or get new loans approved. No-doc seems to be gone forever. However, after speaking to a number of mortgage brokers, it seems that LVR's are now slowly creeping up, and lending criteria in general becoming more relaxed?

What is your experience, is it getting easier or more difficult to get finance?

So it is hard to tell whether house prices have bottomed? Is now a good time to invest?

Do you have any experience with the US market and where do you think it is headed?
